Engr. Ogheneovo Anthony

Engr. Ogheneovo Anthony is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sharetech Consulting Limited. He is a Chartered Engineer registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration. His career spans engineering consulting, industrial process optimization, renewable energy, and executive leadership across the manufacturing and sugar industries.

He began his professional career with Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc as a Management Trainee, where he progressed to the position of Production Manager. During his time with the company, he gained extensive experience in production optimization, operational efficiency, and personnel management while contributing to the continuous improvement of refinery operations.

He later served as Business Development and Technical Manager for CarboUA International, USA, supporting clients across the African continent. In this role, he developed testing procedures for CarboUA technologies designed to improve the yield and throughput of sugar mills and refineries. His responsibilities included plant trials, technology implementation, technical support, and post-sales services for industrial clients.

Engr. Anthony has received specialized training in sugar refining and sugar milling operations both within Nigeria and internationally. He has also completed professional training in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Systems (OHSAS), subsequently qualifying as an auditor for these management systems.

His professional interests extend beyond process optimization into energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions. His experience in optimizing energy and power systems within sugar mills and other production industries inspired Sharetech Consulting's strategic partnerships in the renewable energy sector, enabling the company to deliver sustainable engineering and power solutions alongside its industrial consulting services.

He is an active member of numerous professional engineering organizations, including the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE), the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the South African Sugar Technologists Association (SASTA), the Indian Institute of Sugar Technologists (IISST), the American Society of Sugar Cane Technologists (ASSCT), and the Sugar Industry Technologists. He currently serves as the National Treasurer of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers and is a member of the Society's Board of Directors, having previously served as its Assistant National Treasurer.

Throughout his career, Engr. Anthony has presented technical papers at several international conferences, including events hosted by the South African Sugar Technologists Association, the Sugar Industry Technologists, the World Sugar Conference, and the World Sugar Summit. His presentations have focused primarily on production optimization, operational excellence, and process improvement within the global sugar industry.

As Managing Director of Sharetech Consulting Limited, he oversees the company's engineering consulting, industrial solutions, renewable energy initiatives, and strategic international partnerships, including collaborations with Malula Engineering Company (South Africa), iChem Africa (South Africa), and Curtis Energy Company (Nigeria). His leadership continues to drive the company's commitment to delivering practical engineering solutions that improve operational performance, efficiency, and long-term value for clients across multiple industries.
